Buyer agrees to

information, processes, by Buyer in reference to any claim however caused and on
any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort

Credit
Cardholders: Credit card fraud and misuse is a growing problem.
If anyone else (including your children) has access to your credit cards and uses them to place an order
in your name and address, with or without your permission, you are responsible.
To Order:
Our Web Site is secured by SSL encryption for
on-line ordering, certified and authenticated by Thawte. Orders may also
be placed by telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail. For mailed or faxed
orders, please include your credit card number with expiration date
and the three digit security code from the back of your credit card, your
telephone number, name and address as it appears on your credit card account,
and sign your order. Also include your E-Mail address for confirmation of
your order. We work against credit card fraud every day, and we try to
protect our customers in every way possible. We do not condone credit card
fraud and we will pursue anyone attempting to defraud us or our customers.
All orders will be shipped to the billing address
of the credit card holder only. All credit card information will be
verified with the issuing financial institution. WARNING: Credit
card fraud will be reported. We record your ISP information (this helps us
protect you against credit card fraud).
Warranty
Information:
We guarantee that every item you buy will be free from
manufacturer's defects. All sales are final. Should a problem occur
due to a defect (not abuse, alteration, or normal wear), you may return the item
within 14 days for a replacement. Call (352) 854-7279 for return
authorization and shipping instructions. Items
returned without authorization will not be accepted.
In the event that we authorize the return of a non-defective product, there will
be a 20%
restocking fee.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
(Note: Due to the nature of Pepper Spray, Defense Spray, Foam, and Mace
Sprays, there will be no returns or exchanges. Also, covert hardwired and
wireless equipment are not returnable except for warranty repairs or frequency
changes.)
All sales are final on items sold as
"discounted", "as is", or "special sale". No refunds, exchanges, or
returns.
We do not offer any type of "Satisfaction Guarantee"
on any product. All of our products are new -- not
customer returns or factory refurbished. Digital bill/currency counters
are sold at wholesale prices, and the warranty period is ninety (90) days.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on custom sized link jewelry.
Family Defense Products does not diagnose nor prescribe, and these products are
not sold as medical devices. Consult with an authorized healthcare
provider before using our products, and do not use them as substitutes for
necessary treatment. We make no overt or implied claims for cure,
treatment, or mitigation of any physical condition. Our products should
never be placed directly over an open wound, nor should they be used by
individuals with pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, or any other
implanted electro-medical device, or if you are pregnant. Diabetics should
check with their doctors before ordering. Any self-help application is the
responsibility of the user. Anyone who purchases these products is
exercising his/her constitutional right to take any measures he/she deems

Note: Skin discoloration may occur if you have high acid secretions from
your skin, or low pH levels. If you perspire, the salt secretions from
your skin may also cause discoloration, which washes off with soap and water.

exchanges, or returns.
Shipping
Information (Continental U.S.):
UPS Ground shipping: Minimum $7.95 (2 lbs. or less),
which includes
tracking & insurance up to $100.00. UPS Next Day
Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select are also available at an extra charge.
Priority Mail: Minimum of $7.95 (2 lbs. or less), plus $1.30 for insurance
up to $50 (higher insurance rate for orders valued over $50), including postal
delivery confirmation.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
International
Shipping:
There is a
minimum product order of $100 for all international orders. We will ship to any country
served by the US Post Office, meeting US postal regulations. All
international orders must be pre-paid by Money Order, Cash, or Western Union,
all in U.S. dollars, or, for large orders, bank wire transfer of funds services
are available. Contact us for shipping, handling and insurance charges to
your destination. IMPORTANT: We do not ship pepper spray, foam,
mace, or any defense sprays internationally. After your order is
shipped, you are responsible for your order, Customs and Customs charges, if
any, and, if necessary, for picking your order up from your local post office or
Customs service. No refunds will be given for orders held by Customs for
any reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All payments must be U.S. dollars, and Florida residents are required to add
